Had a lovely experience at Forty Winks with Bev. We were overwhelmed with the amount of options when we first walked in but Bev quickly helped by assessing our sleeping position on the mattress selection machine. This gave us some options to try and made it very easy to choose our favourite. A very convenient and quick process.

She is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and professional. Her explanation of the differences between the various mattresses was spot on, which helped us confidently choose the Tempur CoolQuilt Pro Plus Medium. We were so impressed with her dedication and help that we even purchased a mattress protector as well. It’s rare to find someone in sales who goes above and beyond like Mariah. Purchased a new matress today from Sophie at the Melville store. She was so knowledgable and helped me and my partner find the best mattress for us that was also within our budget. She guided us through the whole process on how to take care of our new mattress and even booked in for the delivery people to remove our old mattress for a small fee. Really impressed with the service I got today and look forward to our next visit to get a new bedframe!
