We recently bought a new bed for our new apartment at Forty Winks, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. A huge thank you especially to Gail, who was truly the highlight of the entire experience — she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we needed. She even stayed longer than the store’s opening hours to continue helping us, which we insanely appreciated. That level of care and service is rare. Thank you so much, Gail, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable — you were absolutely outstanding!
