We didn't make a purchase today, but she provided us with all the information needed for us to make an informed decision when we get home. I have visited the forty winks Campbelltown store a few times and each time I have visited the staff - Sarah’s x 2 have taken the time to assist me with any questions I’ve had, even to call to find out additional dimensions of a bed head when I wanted a different size. despite me being there for over an hour each time, they always made me feel like a valued customer even when I wasn’t one hundred percent ready to purchase. Today I went back with my mum and we purchased a bed frame, mattress and pillow for my child. They remembered who we were, they were thorough with the information regarding mattresses and the over all process was just stress free. Highly recommend forty winks Campbelltown and both Sarah’s.
