Forty Winks Auburn store

I have returned to this store to buy a bed on more than one occasion primarily because of their outstanding salesperson named Ross. He is always so helpful, patient and he knows the products in store. Most recently I needed to source a part for a previous purchase and even though it wasn't stocked by the store he sourced what I needed and let me know where the part could be bought. Yet another example of his high level of customer service. I always recommend Ross to family and friends if anyone is looking for a bed! Thank you Ross and Forty Winks Auburn.

We purchased two queen memory foam mattresses and a bed frame from Forty Winks Auburn. We want to give a special thanks to Ross who took the time to walk us through all the options, address our concerns, run us through the sleep diagnostics, and provide us with a generous discount! (Auburn store, Saturday morning, wasn't busy, shopping for new mattress +base+ pillows+ protectors. 50% off blackout sale event) the sales staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. The reason for 3 stars - although the sales rep was very helpful in making sure I got into the right mattress, pillow etc, the sales language when talking price/discounts felt very cliche (sounds like they are doing you a favour but not really) ....I'll check with the manager... it's a floor model so it's cheaper (it wasn't. quoted price same as asking price online.) ... I'll give it to you for halfprice (when it's on a 50% off sale anyway)... I'll throw in this for free (but will inflate the price of others to offset.) Not dishonest but not truly honest either. if it wasn't for this would be 4 stars. That said they did give me 1.4% discount overall compared to online prices. $3786 instore, $3840 online. Do your research online first, prepare to walk away and sleep on it before committing.
