Forty Winks Horsham store

I am so sorry to give this one star due to the unprofessional behaviour of the staff Mr.Tristan and his team towards me.They gave false promises and very rude to me .Personally I will never buy any products from this Horsham store. Very bad experience from them.The person has changed the promised date 2 times .Initially I was told the frame will be delivered on 26/6/2026.Then I again went to Horsham shop on 26/6/2026 and paid in full amount ,Tristan told the frame will be delivered on 30/6/2026.Up on my repeated request they offered a loan frame for 30/6/2026 function.You people know exact date of delivery but to attract the business you manipulated and told a fake date .If you can't keep your promises,please don't give false promise of delivery dates.I would have purchased the bed elsewhere if you didn't promise me a date.I felt very bad about this purchase and the communication with you people.
