We recently purchased all of our bedding from Forty Winks Hoppers Crossing and had such a wonderful experience, especially thanks to Jayde. Jayde was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Her knowledge and genuine willingness to help made such a difference, especially when there were so many options to choose from! There aren’t enough words to describe Hannah and her customer service! I came into Forty Winks feeling completely overwhelmed about buying a mattress, no clue where to start. She immediately tuned in to what I needed and made me feel comfortable from the word go. She asked about my sleep, my health, my day-to-day routine, so she could figure out what would genuinely work for me. She explained the differences clearly, answered every question, never rushed me. And she stayed 35 minutes past her shift just to make sure everything was sorted. That kind of care is rare. And she’s hands down the funniest salesperson I’ve ever met. She kept me laughing throughout, which made the whole thing so much easier. I left confident and honestly relieved.

Kyle's knowledge and years of experience when selecting the best sleep system for us was fantastic.
