Forty Winks Brighton store

Simon went above and beyond to help us with a last minute request. I can't thank him and the forty winks team enough - great quality mattress delivered in record time.

Long review but worth the read! I went shopping for a mattress last Sunday and by chance at the end of the day, I saw Forty Winks Brighton so dropped in there. I had prices and advice from two other businesses so had some idea what to look for. They have a sleep mattress simulator (or whatever you call it) which highlights where on your body you need the most support and then recommends what mattresses are best for you. I picked my mattress and because it was EOFY sale received a 50% discount. I was lucky enough to speak with the owner this day, Simon, who gave me another $500 off on top of the original discount if I brought that day. I did want to buy interest free due to the cost of living pressures and he provided that. When there was an issue with the connection with the off-shore (of course) representative I told him I would call on Monday. I didn’t call until Wednesday and he still honoured the price and provided me with free delivery and free mattress removal which amounts to another $170 plus. I also scored a free pillow which was another $150. Now, Simon said it would take around a week or so for delivery. I received a call on Tuesday less than two days telling me the mattress was in stock. I am a shift worker and my shifts can be unpredictable so it’s hard to plan. I unexpectedly had Monday off so asked if that was an option. Deliveries don’t occur on a Monday but Simon made arrangements for a one off delivery just for me. Fantastic! I was working Saturday and unexpectedly my shift was cancelled so rang the store and spoke with David. The deliveries had been booked for the day but he said he would get Simon to call me. I received a call back from David 30 mins later at 9.30am who said he arranged my delivery that same day from 12-1.30pm. OUTSTANDING customer service from both Simon and David. Seriously impressed with their willingness to just help which is rare these days. The mattress I chose gives me the option up to 3 months to change for firmer or softer which puts the cherry on top of the experience and personalised customer service I received at this store. This store clearly shows they care for their customers and that was evident in the way in which they worked around my roster. Outstanding service and I will not hesitate in recommending them to anyone that will listen and shopping there again. What this space for a subsequent review on my mattress.
