Highly recommend to avoid Armidale 40 winks. They are rude, foul mouthed and a rip off. After purchasing a mattress from Armidale 40 Winks 2yrs down the track the mattress was faulty and we needed a warranty claim to be done. This process took 2mths after being ignored for 5 weeks. We ended up at the store with faulty mattress demanding a replacement. Our faulty mattress was supposed to be replaced with the next model at no cost. We were told we had to pay $600 on the mattress we picked. Which was just the replacement mattress and on sale on line for $150 more than our old mattress. We said we would pay the sale price but was told that was only for online sales. After some words we were told if we wanted that mattress we were to pay $600 cause that was the price of that mattress. We paid the money and left as we had had enough. After returning home I called to get a quote on the same mattress from the same guy at Armidale and he emailed me the mattress at the sale price available in store or on line. $600 less. Just proves they were ripping us off. I would never advise anyone to purchase anything through that store. Also 40 winks stores are privately owned individuals stores. Highly recommend using another 40 winks
